Imagine finding a new home for you and your family, but you`re unable to cook or serve a meal in your home. New and used household items are very much appreciated and are always in demand. Your donations can help to transform the lives of women and their families.
How to Donate to WINS Thrift Stores:
WINS Thrift Stores are currently accepting donations of gently used items in good condition. (no stains, rips, tears, missing or broken pieces, and pet hair free). For a detailed list of accepted items, see Items to Donate.
Drop off at Thrift Stores during Store Hours
You can donate directly to any of our four Thrift Stores. Drop starts 1/2 hour after the stores open and ends 1/2 hour before the stores close.

Please DO NOT drop off donations after hours. For health and safety reasons we are unable to use them.
Pick Up Service
If you are unable to drop off your donation at a WINS Thrift Store during store hours, a free pick-up service operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For all pick-up requests, we ask that you have a minimum of 10 large bags or boxes of goods.
Please note that due to the volume of calls and emails we receive this time of year we will return your call/email within 3 business days.
We are currently scheduling pick ups 2 to 4 weeks in advance, depending upon the area of the city. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for the delay. If this time frame is not suitable, please call 211 to be referred to another agency that might be able use your donation.
